I love this new website! It's definitely not as much work as the other website but it is still useful and fun. This is how the right triangle pose was described and instructed: "Put your feet at the length of your leg. Stretch your arms to your sides. Rotate your right foot 90 degrees, left foot about 15 degrees to the right. Start stretching to the right. Put your right hand on the right leg or floor as you reach your edge with a straight back. Try not to arch your torso. Keep your legs straight. Raise your left hand. Try to look up at your palm." It had a very helpful picture and video to go with it. I also have learned the bridge pose, upward facing dog, cat pose, cow pose, half-cobra pose, and so much more! The website also lets you pick if you are at a beginner, intermediate, or advanced level. I hope that I can reach the advanced level in the future. https://yoga.com/pose/right-triangle-pose
I'm really upset because I went to go do my next yoga lesson and it said that I had to subscribe and all the other lessons after that said the same thing(FOR $13 A MONTH). I think I will have to change my goal, so now instead of completing a full yoga lesson(even though I have already learned a lot) I will go to yoga.com and complete a bunch of the videos showing you how to do specific poses. Now that I think about it, it probably would have been a better idea to go to a yoga class, because then I wouldn't have gotten behind in my work and I would have learned a lot more, but that's ok! I will give you and update soon on what I learned on this new website!
Today I completed my second lesson! It was basically a review from the first lesson but It was a refresher since I haven't done yoga in a while. At the beginning of the lesson I reviewed how to sit correctly and then I worked on "wrist work". I then did the cow and cat pose, the cobra, and the plank pose. I'm actually really tired form all of the stuff that I did! Then I went on to standing poses like the mountain pose which really works on posture. After that, I closed the lesson with working on breathing.

I found a website called yoga.com . There are a lot of poses and each pose has a video that goes along with it, showing you how to correctly do the pose. Below the video is a picture and description of what muscles the pose works on. This website will be useful for when I'm confused in my regular online class!

Proposal: Learning Hatha Yoga
I’m going to learn a certain type of yoga and the history of it.
Needs and Opportunities
Explain the problem you have noticed that needs to be solved with a project like yours. This is also your hook, so make sure you grab our attention. Yoga takes a lot of time and it is difficult to learn and easy to mess up.
Audience / Clients / Users
Explain who will benefit from your project. How will you be able to access them for an empathy interview? Lots of people can benefit from yoga. Yoga does many things such as makes you happier and decreases your blood pressure. Yoga can also make you fit.
Mentors
Who can help you with this project? Who will you need to contact and what will you ask them to commit to in helping you? My dad can help me with pictures because he is a photographer but other than that I don’t think I need that much help.
Timeline
What is your monthly timeline for this project? I want to see a list of deliverables with deadlines. You may find that the timeline needs adjustment during the course of the year, which may be fine. Check in with me if that’s the case.

Product
What is the actual product you will show this spring. This project may be made of atoms or bits, but you must have something to show. I’m not interested seeing a bunch of great ideas at the end of the year. I want to see things. I will show pictures and statistics and my finished blog.
Reality Check
I am looking for moonshots here, but even moonshots need budgets. What equipment are you going to need? What other capital expenditures do you anticipate, and how will you meet them? I will need a camera but Bailey will probably be taking my pictures.
Conclusion
Wrap it up. Why are you fired up about this project? Inspire us to support you, and give us a great reason to approve your project. I have always wanted to learn to do yoga and there are lots of things that yoga helps you to accomplish.

Today I completed my first lesson. I learned some of the foundation poses in a twenty four minute sequence. I learned the easy pose, cat cow stretches to warm and lubricate the spine, the plank pose, the cobra pose, downward facing dog pose, and lastly the mountain pose. It was a lot more different than I thought it would be. I definitely learned more than I expected I would and it was more complex too. What scares me is that I have only completed the first lesson and I have twelve more to go. If you haven't already picked up, once I have finished all the thirteen lessons, I will have gone through a full Hatha Yoga class. Maybe even after I've learned everything for this type of yoga, I can move on to a different branch of yoga! Below is a picture from the lesson:)
