For my 20% time project I am going to learn Hatha Yoga. Yoga has eight limbs and I am going to start with the easiest
and least complex limb, which is Hatha Yoga. Hatha Yoga is gentle and focuses on breathing. This type of Yoga is the building block to other types of harder
yoga, and it is also the most modern. When I do this yoga, the goal I want to achieve is the balance between the body and the mind, according to certain websites I have looked at. Every weekend I will complete two
days from an online yoga class. I am excited to begin the online classes, but also a little bit nervous because I've never tried to do yoga before. By tomorrow I hope to have my first official entry in!
